Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Oliver Wokurka, Rohledererstraße 9, 90419 Nürnberg, Germany, side.glowpc@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical carrier, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun performing the contract, provided the customer has agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and has confirmed that they are aware that this consent causes them to lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

This includes in particular the removal of protective films, the permanent installation of individual components, or adhesive residue.

In such cases, we reserve the right to retain reasonable compensation for the loss in value of up to 40% of the purchase price.

Should the goods be returned damaged, incomplete, or heavily soiled, such that resale is not possible or is only possible to a significantly limited extent, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for the loss in value beyond 80%, or to refuse the return altogether.
